Adolfo Alvarado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 55th minute, Chudleigh's Alberto Ocampo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. If Alberto Ocampo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rolando Rivas fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Partington FC's protests and gave Rolando Rivas a yellow card for diving instead. Rolando Rivas kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Sarbelio Corrales came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Chudleigh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sarbelio Corrales couldn't finish the play. Jorge Villarreal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Serrano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Díaz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorge Villarreal. Chudleigh's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Adolfo Alvarado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Ocampo in the 76th minute of the match. Leonel Botello charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonel Botello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Danilo Llorente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Villarreal having to interfere. Sarbelio Corrales struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Adolfo Alvarado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chudleigh. Danilo Llorente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 91 played minutes Chudleigh got a freekick which was hit by Saul Bonilla. Henry Serrano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jorge Villarreal came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Partington FC's Danilo Llorente. But to his dismay, Danilo Llorente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Sarbelio Corrales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Alvarado having to interfere. The Partington FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chudleigh's performance. The match ended with a win for Chudleigh.
