Spectators: 6775 (Terracing: 5001, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Esteban Oporto got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Gillingham FC's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Oporto came free, but Yasir Bran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5thth minute of the game Roberto Pedrozo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gillingham FC's Yasir Bran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esteban Oporto in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yasir Bran saved Gillingham FC from getting behind. Milton Granados could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Antonio Melendez made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Edwin Orellana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gillingham FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edwin Orellana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Melendez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Milton Granados fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Melendez having to interfere. Yasir Bran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Pedrozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Melendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Orellana in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute Edwin Orellana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Melendez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gillingham FC were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Bow FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Franklin Barrera took the corner. Yasir Bran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roberto Pedrozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the game, Victorino Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gillingham FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bow FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of Gillingham FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bow FC:s goal. The referee gave Bow FC a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rolando Pinho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gillingham FC's Yasir Bran. 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edwin Orellana made a kick off. Antonio Melendez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milton Granados in the 60th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Gillingham FC defense, Roberto Pedrozo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yasir Bran. The Gillingham FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yasir Bran should have stopped the shot. After 65 played minutes Gillingham FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Mejia. Roberto Pedrozo struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Yasir Bran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bow FC. In the 70th minute, Milton Granados got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milton Granados struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Antonio Melendez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gillingham FC. Yasir Bran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Oporto in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Edwin Orellana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antonio Melendez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A collision led to Gillingham FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ivan Mejia hit a great ball. Antonio Melendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milton Granados in the 89th minute of play. Edwin Orellana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 94 minutes of play, Gillingham FC's Edwin Orellana made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antonio Melendez was left in no man's land by his defense there! The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
