Franklin Sandoval received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The supporters of New Marske FC booed when Atletico Sambo Creek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josue Navas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Odir Villanueva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th match minute, Atletico Sambo Creek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oswaldo Cabrera to maneuver through the defense. Franklin Sandoval's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abraham Zepeda read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Odir Villanueva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Franklin Sandoval succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. Alberto Ayala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abraham Zepeda having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franklin Sandoval was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Odir Villanueva in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abraham Zepeda saved Atletico Sambo Creek from getting behind. Victorino Salamanca charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorino Salamanca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of New Marske FC booed when Atletico Sambo Creek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Bustamante didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abraham Zepeda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Sandoval in the 69th minute of the match. When Odir Villanueva came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the New Marske FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Odir Villanueva couldn't finish the play. If Franklin Sandoval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Ayala's late challenge caught a Atletico Sambo Creek's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Ayala helped the player get up and apologised. Alberto Ayala hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Abraham Zepeda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Odir Villanueva, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Franklin Sandoval had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Allan Orozco charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Allan Orozco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to New Marske FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play.
