Spectators: 6777 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Yasir Guzman kicked off to start the match. Manuel Moreira might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Deris Quintanilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manuel Moreira ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 6th minute of the match Orlando Velis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Deris Quintanilla showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 7 played minutes Yarm got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Alvarez. Manuel Moreira in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Deris Quintanilla, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Marvin Alvarez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 minutes, Josue Reyes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yarm and the Malvern AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes Yarm got a freekick which was hit by Josue Reyes. The supporters of Yarm booed when Malvern AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avilio Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deris Quintanilla came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Malvern AFC's Manuel Moreira. But to his dismay, Manuel Moreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Yasir Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Yarm's zone, Rafael Reyes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Deris Quintanilla came out of the goal and Rafael Reyes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Benjamín Rojas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafael Reyes was the one to do the kick off. Douglas Canales charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Douglas Canales the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd match minute, Yarm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Canales to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Deris Quintanilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yarm's Deris Quintanilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Reyes in the 56th minute of play. If Benjamín Rojas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Orozco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yasir Guzman, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 68th minute, Avilio Cortez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Yasir Guzman in the 71st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Benjamín Rojas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gabriel Orozco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamín Rojas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Yarm's Yasir Guzman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gabriel Orozco. Gabriel Orozco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Malvern AFC's Gabriel Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yasir Guzman in the 87th minute of play. Yasir Guzman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 90 played minutes Malvern AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alonso Pedrozo. Benjamín Rojass short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Gabriel Orozco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 92nd match minute, Malvern AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonso Pedrozo to maneuver through the defense. The Yarm players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Malvern AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
