Ruben Hinguanzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Deris Quintanilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Yarm booed when Dartford AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Rey didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Omar Vinosis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Deris Quintanilla. Yarm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Omar Vinosis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Yarm's zone, Ruben Hinguanzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Deris Quintanilla came out of the goal and Ruben Hinguanzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Ruben Hinguanzo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Yarm's Deris Quintanilla. Deris Quintanilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben Hinguanzo in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Deris Quintanilla saved Yarm from getting behind. If Yasir Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yasir Guzman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Benjamín Rojas came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Yarm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamín Rojas couldn't finish the play. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Yarm's goalkeeper Deris Quintanilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Deris Quintanilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruben Hinguanzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Yasir Guzman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 65 minutes of play, Dartford AFC's Omar Vinosis made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Deris Quintanilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yarm's Deris Quintanilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Yarm from getting a goal against them. Ruben Hinguanzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Deris Quintanilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruben Hinguanzo ran back to his position shaking his head. Yasir Guzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Botello having to interfere. Dartford AFC's Claudio Botello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamín Rojas in the 75th minute of play. If Yasir Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
