Spectators: 6796 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1796, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ruben Hinguanzo started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clanfield's goalkeeper Luis Canales, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Omar Vinosis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Luis Canales skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 10th match minute, Clanfield was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Portillo to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Umaña took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luis Canales. Clanfield's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Saul Canales came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Clanfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saul Canales couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the game, Ivan Velis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dartford AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clanfield the free kick. In the 20th minute, Ivan Velis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Portillo's late challenge caught a Dartford AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Portillo helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes Clanfield got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Portillo. Ruben Hinguanzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Luis Canales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute Wilber Umaña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Botello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Luis Canales managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Dartford AFC's Omar Vinosis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 39th minute, Ruben Hinguanzo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilberto Portillo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Ruben Hinguanzo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Luis Canales, passed just outside the right post. 44 minutes into the match, Dartford AFC's Omar Vinosis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luis Canales narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilber Umaña in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Botello prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilber Umaña to make the kick off. Ruben Hinguanzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Canales having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Wilber Umaña notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Dartford AFC's Claudio Botello. Claudio Botello was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Saul Canales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Claudio Botello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Botello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilber Umaña, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Claudio Botello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilber Umaña went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Jose Coreas hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Ivan Velis kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Saul Canales managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clanfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Canales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Botello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saul Canales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Botello having to interfere. A collision led to Dartford AFC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Manuel Morales hit a great ball. Claudio Botello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saul Canales in the 86th minute. Omar Vinosis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Dartford AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Clanfield's performance. The match ended with a win for Clanfield.
