In the 8th minute, Ovidio Sigaran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute Ovidio Sigaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Leguizamon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Melendez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Nelson Leguizamon made a huge save. The supporters of Cuddington booed when Stansted was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrés Castaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Melendez in the 15th minute of play forced Stansted's goalkeeper Hector Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Stansted's Ovidio Sigaran ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nelson Leguizamon. Nelson Leguizamon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 25thth minute of the game Manuel Melendez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stansted's Hector Machado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Stansted booed when Cuddington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angel Mendez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 played minutes Cuddington got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Garay. In the 29th minute of the match Emerson Alvarez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nelson Leguizamon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hector Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Melendez, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. A collision led to Stansted getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Josue Asad hit a great ball. Cuddington were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Stansted's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dennys Moreno took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Dennys Moreno got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hector Machado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 41 minutes into the game, Jhonnatan Reyes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Hector Machado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 44 played minutes Cuddington got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Garay. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jhonnatan Reyes in the 47th minute of play forced Stansted's goalkeeper Hector Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jhonnatan Reyes was the one to do the kick off. Stansted's Edgar Melendez got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nelson Leguizamon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Sigaran in the 54th minute of play. Hector Meza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgar Melendez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nelson Leguizamon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 minutes of play, Stansted's Edgar Melendez made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nelson Leguizamon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nelson Leguizamon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Melendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emerson Alvarez made a great header on Stansted's corner, it was just that Cuddington's Nelson Leguizamon managed to reach the ball for a save. Edgar Melendez struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Nelson Leguizamon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stansted. Ovidio Sigaran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgar Melendez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nelson Leguizamon having to make a save. Ovidio Sigaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Leguizamon having to interfere. Edgar Melendez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Nelson Leguizamon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes, Zelvin Mejia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stansted and the Cuddington players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes Stansted got a freekick which was hit by Zelvin Mejia. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Stansted fully deserved thier win.
