Spectators: 6791 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1791, VIP seats: 0) Nelson Zelaya started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Willenhall's goalkeeper Leopoldo Bautista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edwin Mondragon. In the 8th minute Nicolás Orozco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Alferez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Nicolás Orozco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aldeburgh AFC's Cesar Alferez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aldeburgh AFC's Cesar Alferez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Flores in the 20th minute of play. After 22 minutes, Jhonnatan Hidalgo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aldeburgh AFC and the Willenhall players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Aldeburgh AFC's Jhonnatan Hidalgo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Leopoldo Bautista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelson Zelaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edwin Mondragon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Bautista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelson Zelaya in the 41st minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolás Orozco to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Aldeburgh AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Flores came free, but Cesar Alferez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, Willenhall's Carlos Flores made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cesar Alferez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlos Flores recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Nicolás Orozco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesar Alferez was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. 75 minutes into the match, Willenhall's goal looked a bit too open when Edwin Mondragon came free, but Leopoldo Bautista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edwin Mondragon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Leopoldo Bautista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Willenhall's Rony Sosa got a free kick in the 81st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolás Orozco in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesar Alferez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leopoldo Bautista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin Mondragon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwin Mondragon scored 1-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leopoldo Bautista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
