Spectators: 6788 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1788, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ronald Portillo took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Balsall Common's Alvaro Sifon got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When Baltazar Sifon fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wotton-under-Edge's protests and gave Baltazar Sifon a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Balsall Common booed when Wotton-under-Edge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Bautista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wotton-under-Edge's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Ronald Portillo scored to the left of an out of position Elias Ventura, making the score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronald Portillo in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Ventura saved Wotton-under-Edge from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Wotton-under-Edge's zone, Ronald Portillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Ventura came out of the goal and Ronald Portillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, Sarbelio Portillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jhonnatan Orobio in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sarbelio Sandoval prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the game, Wotton-under-Edge's Jhonnatan Orobio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sarbelio Sandoval made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 46 minutes into the match, Wotton-under-Edge's goal looked a bit too open when Ronald Portillo came free, but Elias Ventura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jhonnatan Orobio was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jhonnatan Orobio in the 54th minute of play forced Balsall Common's goalkeeper Sarbelio Sandoval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th play minute Shawn Anaya came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sarbelio Sandoval. 1-2. Carlos Díaz scored 1-3 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sarbelio Sandoval, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ronald Portillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramon Toledano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Elias Ventura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Wotton-under-Edge's goal looked a bit too open when Ronald Portillo came free, but Elias Ventura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 85 minutes, Shawn Anaya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wotton-under-Edge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shawn Anaya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Max Orozco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Shawn Anaya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Balsall Common's Sarbelio Sandoval played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jhonnatan Orobio in the 91st minute of play. Sarbelio Sandoval didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shawn Anaya went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score.
