After 2 played minutes Eastbourne got a freekick which was hit by Rene Orobio. Eraldo Alfaro charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eraldo Alfaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 6 minutes, Efrain Gamero made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Milan AC's Raúl Gutierrez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Eliseo Zepeda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Benji Renderos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Eastbourne's goalkeeper Benji Renderos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Batres. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Zepeda in the 17th minute of play forced Eastbourne's goalkeeper Benji Renderos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Batres struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Benji Renderos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milan AC. Eastbourne were furious when Abraham Villarreal was red carded, 24 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Eastbourne! When the match had been going on for 26 minutes, Milan AC's Mariano Guerrero got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Benji Renderos. Julio Batres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benji Renderos having to interfere. Benji Renderos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Zepeda in the 33rd minute of the match. Rene Orobio hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Zepeda in the 45th minute of play forced Eastbourne's goalkeeper Benji Renderos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Batres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Benji Renderos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Eliseo Zepeda made the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Zepeda took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benji Renderos. Benji Renderos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 58 minutes of play, Milan AC's Eliseo Zepeda made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benji Renderos was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Rene Orobio got free with Raúl Gutierrez in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Milan AC's Raúl Gutierrez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Milan AC from getting a goal against them. Eastbourne's Orlando Flores suffered a concussion in the 70th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Santana during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gabriel Medrano's late challenge caught a Eastbourne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Medrano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Eastbourne booed when Milan AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Medrano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benji Renderos came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Milan AC's Eliseo Zepeda. But to his dismay, Eliseo Zepeda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. After a defensive mix-up in Eastbourne's zone, Eliseo Zepeda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benji Renderos came out of the goal and Eliseo Zepeda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Eliseo Zepeda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benji Renderos was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. 96 minutes into the game, Milan AC's Eliseo Zepeda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benji Renderos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Milan AC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Eastbourne had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
