Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rony Montes started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Rony Montes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baldock FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rony Montes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Cetino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rene Cetino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Montes, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Alfredo Huezo in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rene Cetino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, CATEDRATICOS's Rene Cetino got control of the ball when Alfredo Huezo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 16 played minutes Baldock FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Huezo. Alfredo Huezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Cetino having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Rony Montes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rene Cetino, 1-0. In the 24th match minute, CATEDRATICOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustin Villacorta to maneuver through the defense. Rene Cetino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rony Montes in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st minute, CATEDRATICOS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alfredo Huezo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. CATEDRATICOS's Rene Cetino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony Montes in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th match minute, CATEDRATICOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Gamero to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Félix Alfaro to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, CATEDRATICOS's goal looked a bit too open when Rony Montes came free, but Rene Cetino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 played minutes CATEDRATICOS got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Calderon. After having played for 62 minutes, Alfredo Huezo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baldock FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Huezo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rony Montes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rene Cetino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Montes, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the game, Wilmer Umanzor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baldock FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CATEDRATICOS the free kick. In the 73rd match minute, Baldock FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilmer Umanzor to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Baldock FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CATEDRATICOS:s goal. 1-1 came through a penalty shot after 76 played minutes, when CATEDRATICOS:s Carmelo Umaña calmly waited for Baldock FC:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Ovidio Calderon charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ovidio Calderon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CATEDRATICOS getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Ovidio Calderon hit a great ball. Alfredo Huezo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Cetino having to interfere. Rene Cetino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Huezo in the 98th minute of the match. Baldock FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
