Edwin Gallegos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Edwin Gallegos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Augusto Díaz fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aslan FC's protests and gave Augusto Díaz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Aslan FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Augusto Díaz hit a great ball. Daniel Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Díaz in the 11th minute of the match. When Aslan FC's Augusto Díaz in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Resistencia FC.com's goalie prevented a goal. Aslan FC's Augusto Díaz got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Barreto in the 27th minute of play. Daniel Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Resistencia FC.com got a freekick which was hit by Edwin Gallegos. If Alberto Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Aslan FC's Marcelo Guerra got a free kick in the 35th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Resistencia FC.com's Mauro Guerra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgar Medrano. That made the score 1-0 after 38 minutes of play. 44 minutes into the match, Resistencia FC.com's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Díaz came free, but Daniel Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mauro Guerra made the kick off in the second half. Edgar Medrano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Guerra in the 54th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Mauro Guerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 76th minute Augusto Díaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Edgar Medrano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Marcelo Guerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Augusto Díaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Daniel Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 90th minute of the match Edwin Gallegos completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Edwin Gallegos a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Aslan FC booed when Resistencia FC.com was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edwin Gallegos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Misael Contrera was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Aslan FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Resistencia FC.com had won, even though Aslan FC had held more of the ball.
