Spectators: 6515 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 15) Galaxia FC's Gabriel Cetino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Calderon kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Galaxia FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Collado. After a rather tough play, Galaxia FC's Benjamín Palma got a free kick in the 20th minute. Gilberto Lovo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gabriel Cetino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Barragan having to interfere. Nazarenos's Antonio Barragan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Cetino in the 37th minute of play. Nazarenos's Wilmer Bentos got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gabriel Cetino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Antonio Barragan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emerson Fernandez was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Galaxia FC's zone, Wilmer Bentos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Augusto Najarro came out of the goal and Wilmer Bentos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 53 minutes into the game, Daniel Collado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Antonio Barragan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 58 minutes into the match, Nazarenos's Wilmer Bentos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augusto Najarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Galaxia FC's Daniel Collado got a free kick in the 59th minute. Antonio Barragan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Lovo, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Gabriel Cetino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Carlos Padilla could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Augusto Najarro however easily saved by the left post. After 87 minutes, Benjamín Palma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galaxia FC and the Nazarenos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes Galaxia FC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamín Palma. In the 89th minute, Manuel Fornos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonio Barragan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Lovo in the 90th minute of the match. Augusto Najarro came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nazarenos's Wilmer Bentos. But to his dismay, Wilmer Bentos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 96 minutes of play Nazarenos's Manuel Fornos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Manuel Fornos kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Galaxia FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
