To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 9 played minutes Worcester got a freekick which was hit by Abraham Paz. Shawn Barrera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angel Bonilla in the 11th minute. Shawn Barrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joselito Hernández in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, Worcester was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abraham Paz to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Emiliano Sigaran fired a really elegant long shot, but Shawn Barrera threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. When porcinos fc's Joselito Hernández in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Worcester's goalie prevented a goal. Waldir Henriquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benji Batres. Enrique Tobar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 played minutes Worcester got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Leiva. After recieving a nice pass, porcinos fc's Emiliano Sigaran tried to score from far away in the 32nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Joselito Hernández had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Leiva kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After 40th play minutes Joselito Hernández shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Shawn Barrera and just under the crossbar into goal. Francisco Sigaran hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the match, Worcester's goalkeeper Shawn Barrera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Sigaran. Worcester's Shawn Barrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Bonilla in the 45th minute of play. Waldir Henriquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joselito Hernández to make the kick off. Joselito Hernández fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shawn Barrera having to interfere. Angel Bonilla struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Shawn Barrera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for porcinos fc. After having played for 74 minutes, Joselito Hernández managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. porcinos fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joselito Hernández was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Angel Bonilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. porcinos fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Angel Bonilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shawn Barrera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angel Bonilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Shawn Barrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joselito Hernández blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shawn Barrera having to make a save. 88 minutes into the game, porcinos fc's Joselito Hernández nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Shawn Barrera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The long shot by Benji Hurtado in the 92nd minute really tested Benji Batres's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Joselito Hernández received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Shawn Barrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joselito Hernández in the 97th minute of play forced Worcester's goalkeeper Shawn Barrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the porcinos fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
