Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Yasir Brizuela got the match started through his kick off. Franklin Mayen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rony Morales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rony Morales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franklin Mayen having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Edgardo Brizuela ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Franklin Mayen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Langley getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Gabriel Castaneda hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Langley's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Brizuela came free, but Franklin Mayen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franklin Mayen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgardo Brizuela went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Langley's Paolo Sifon got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 25 played minutes, LibertØs FC's Ivan Ortiz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Franklin Mayen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LibertØs FC reached it. 27 minutes into the match, Langley's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Brizuela came free, but Franklin Mayen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alonso Serrano's late challenge caught a Langley's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alonso Serrano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Langley booed when LibertØs FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Serrano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Castaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Roberto Figueroa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Edgardo Brizuela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Franklin Mayen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 70th match minute, LibertØs FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Hidalgo to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Langley's goalkeeper Franklin Mayen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, Langley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Castaneda to maneuver through the defense. Franklin Tobar kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Rony Morales managed to get in a good position for a shot. The crowd rose to their feet as LibertØs FC's Edgardo Brizuela slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Franklin Mayen. That made the score 0-4 after 83 minutes of play. Franklin Mayen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edgardo Brizuela showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 96 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. LibertØs FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
