The referee ignored Langley's protests and gave Gabriel Castaneda a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Langley's Gabriel Castaneda got a free kick in the 30th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnoldo Toledano to make the kick off. With splendid footwork Ulises Mendoza arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-8 by the left pole in the game's 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Mora in the 87th minute of play forced TEAM HONDURAS ROATAN's goalkeeper Ronald Castaneda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Langley's goal looked a bit too open when Ulises Mendoza came free, but Franklin Mayen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnoldo Toledano struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Franklin Mayen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TEAM HONDURAS ROATAN.
