John Galt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ulverston FC the free kick. After 3 played minutes John Galt got a freekick which was hit by Raúl Asad. In the 5th minute of the match, Benji Leguizamon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dennis Jürgensonn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 8 played minutes Ulverston FC got a freekick which was hit by Sarbelio Ulloa. Benji Leguizamon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dennis Jürgensonn having to make a save. Benji Leguizamon's late challenge caught a John Galt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benji Leguizamon helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ulverston FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Benji Leguizamon hit a great ball. In the 24th match minute, Ulverston FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Pimentel to maneuver through the defense. The John Galt fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when John Galt's Chico Wey looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chico Wey in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 贺正鹰 saved Ulverston FC from getting behind. 贺正鹰 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chico Wey in the 29th minute of the match. When John Galt's Chico Wey in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ulverston FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ulverston FC's 贺正鹰 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Velis in the 39th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ulverston FC defense, Chico Wey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 贺正鹰. The Ulverston FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 贺正鹰 should have stopped the shot. Benji Leguizamon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dennis Jürgensonn having to make a save. 贺正鹰 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chico Wey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ulverston FC's Manuel Portillo got a free kick in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Portillo made a kick off. Chico Wey in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 贺正鹰, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Ulverston FC's Sarbelio Ulloa got a free kick in the 56th minute. 贺正鹰 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chico Wey, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 59 played minutes John Galt got a freekick which was hit by Omar Giron. After 60 played minutes, Ulverston FC's Benji Leguizamon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dennis Jürgensonn came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ulverston FC reached it. John Galt's Dennis Jürgensonn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Flamenco in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chico Wey in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 贺正鹰 saved Ulverston FC from getting behind. Ulverston FC's 贺正鹰 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico Wey in the 72nd minute of play. In the 72nd play minute Chico Wey came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised 贺正鹰. 2-3. In the 74th minute Chico Wey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 贺正鹰 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Régis Carvalho in the 84th minute of play forced Ulverston FC's goalkeeper 贺正鹰 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dennis Jürgensonn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Flamenco in the 85th minute of play. When John Galt's Régis Carvalho in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ulverston FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Régis Carvalho in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 贺正鹰 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The John Galt supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing John Galt would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
