In the 15thth minute of the game Dagoberto Guzman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avebury's Leonel Sandoval was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Josue Hinguanzo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jhalmar Medrano came out and tried to block the shot, but Josue Hinguanzo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. Jhalmar Medrano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Josue Hinguanzo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. In the 30th minute, Alberto Rivera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Castaneda in the 32nd minute of play forced Avebury's goalkeeper Leonel Sandoval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Andrés Molina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Avebury's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrés Molina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jhalmar Medrano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enrique Castaneda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ovidio Granados fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Sandoval having to interfere. If Enrique Castaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Castaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Leonel Sandoval tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josue Hinguanzo to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Pedro Vinosis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. الشياطين الحمر نادي كرة ا's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Vinosis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Villanueva kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Avebury's zone, Pedro Vinosis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Sandoval came out of the goal and Pedro Vinosis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Andrés Molina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Enrique Castaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute, Andrés Molina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jhalmar Medrano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 81st minute Pedro Vinosis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Sandoval saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrés Molina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jhalmar Medrano having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Vinosis in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Sandoval saved Avebury from getting behind.
