Spectators: 7746 (Terracing: 5811, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) Upminster FC's Dagoberto Salazar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dagoberto Salazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ovidio Canales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute Dagoberto Salazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Canales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Bembridge's Andrés Cerritos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Franklin Galdamez. Franklin Galdamez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Hugo Zelaya's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franklin Galdamez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Andrés Cerritos fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Dagoberto Salazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Upminster FC fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Upminster FC's Dagoberto Salazar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hugo Zelaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the game, Odir Costas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Upminster FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bembridge the free kick. Franklin Galdamez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hugo Zelaya showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 32 minute of play. Ovidio Canales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Salazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Escobar might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ovidio Canales. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Escobar ran back to his position shaking his head. Emiliano Escobar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ovidio Canales tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Upminster FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Torres to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Josue Mondragon has a good long shot, which he once again showed in the 48th minute of the match. Unfortunately the ball hit the outside of the left post. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andrés Cerritos was the one to do the kick off. Emiliano Escobar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Ovidio Canales when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 55thth minute of the game Emerson Leiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Upminster FC's Franklin Galdamez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 56 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Bembridge's Emerson Leiva fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Franklin Galdamez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrés Cerritos, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Hugo Zelaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franklin Galdamez having to interfere. 3-1 became the score in the 69th minute when Andrés Cerritos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ovidio Canales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Salazar in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Emiliano Escobar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Upminster FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Escobar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrés Cerritos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franklin Galdamez having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Andrés Cerritos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bembridge's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrés Cerritos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franklin Galdamez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, Emiliano Escobar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute Andrés Cerritos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franklin Galdamez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dagoberto Salazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidio Canales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Salazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
