After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sevenoaks City! After a rather tough play, Burton upon Trent City's Raúl Botello got a free kick in the 19th minute. Emiliano Calderon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Eraldo Sifon came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Sevenoaks City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eraldo Sifon couldn't finish the play. Marcos Aguirrez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josue Escalante having to interfere. In the 29th minute Emiliano Calderon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Salguero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Castillo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Eraldo Sifon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas Mendoza made a kick off. If Emiliano Calderon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. In the 66th minute, Eraldo Sifon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the game, Sevenoaks City's Eraldo Sifon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwin Salguero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Eraldo Sifon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edwin Salguero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Emiliano Calderon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sevenoaks City's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Calderon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edwin Salguero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 84 minutes, Emiliano Calderon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sevenoaks City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Calderon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th match minute, Sevenoaks City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franklin Medrano to maneuver through the defense. In the 97th minute, Ruben Verdugo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
