Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronald Fernandez in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Menjivar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ricardo Mora fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bishops Castle's protests and gave Ricardo Mora a yellow card for diving instead. Ricardo Mora hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Gabriel Cetino from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Juan Reyes's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Juan Reyes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Gallegos in the 32nd minute of the match. Rafael Menjivar came out of the goal and Ronald Fernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabio Toledano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Menjivar having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronald Fernandez made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Ronald Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bishops Castle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronald Fernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Menjivar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronald Fernandez in the 55th minute of the match. Juan Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Ancheta in the 57th minute of play. Carlton in Lindrick FC were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Bishops Castle's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gabriel Cetino took the corner. Ramon Menjivar hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute Ronald Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Menjivar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a left leg Rafael Menjivar saved Carlton in Lindrick FC from getting behind. 93 minutes into the match, Carlton in Lindrick FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronald Fernandez came free, but Rafael Menjivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fabio Toledano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
