But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ovidio Zelaya couldn't finish the play. Will Serrano made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Ovidio Zelaya sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Santa Lucia Cotzumalguapa getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Augusto Gallardo hit a great ball. Deris Castaneda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Parajewski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Augusto Gallardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolás Llorente kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Santa Lucia Cotzumalguapa's Arturo Pacheco tried to score from far away in the 39th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 43 minutes Santa Lucia Cotzumalguapa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nicolás Llorente who took care of the corner kick. In the 45th minute of the match Augusto Gallardo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Will Serrano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

In the 54thth minute of the game Ovidio Zelaya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fence Houses's Will Serrano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Will Serrano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Ramirez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Ovidio Zelaya put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Will Serrano. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ovidio Zelaya in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Will Serrano saved Fence Houses from getting behind. In the 70thth minute of the game Ovidio Zelaya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fence Houses's Will Serrano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santa Lucia Cotzumalguapa's Domen Grubelnik was substituted for Ovidio Zelaya. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Santa Lucia Cotzumalguapa's goalkeeper Roman Parajewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 84th match minute, Santa Lucia Cotzumalguapa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Domen Grubelnik sped through Fence Houses's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Will Serrano. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Domen Grubelnik put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Will Serrano. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Santa Lucia Cotzumalguapa had played much better football throughout.
