The referee gave Brampton a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dennys Hurtado, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Fence Houses's Will Serrano. 0-1. After having played for 14 minutes, Edgardo Victorino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brampton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Victorino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute Salvador Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Will Serrano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Salvador Pinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Will Serrano was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Edgardo Victorino took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Will Serrano. Will Serrano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Deris Castaneda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute, Brampton's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Deris Castaneda fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A hard shot 37 in the game by Odir Corrales from a close distance when the talented Paolo Guerrero managed to make a qualified save. Brampton's players were relieved. When Salvador Pinho came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Brampton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvador Pinho couldn't finish the play. Fence Houses's Will Serrano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Victorino in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Victorino in the 55th minute of play forced Fence Houses's goalkeeper Will Serrano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Fence Houses's zone, Salvador Pinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Serrano came out of the goal and Salvador Pinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgardo Victorino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Will Serrano came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Brampton's Edgardo Victorino. But to his dismay, Edgardo Victorino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 66th minute, Brampton's Mauro Najarro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mauro Najarro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Brampton protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mauro Najarro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 72 minutes into the match, David Braun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Will Serrano. Fence Houses's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Braun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. If Deris Castaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvador Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Will Serrano having to interfere. Will Serrano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvador Pinho in the 81st minute. Deris Castaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Paolo Guerrero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Fence Houses getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jhonnatan Gutierrez hit a great ball. Salvador Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Will Serrano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Fence Houses fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Brampton were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
