The audience thought a goal was coming when Dennys Rico got free with Ernesto Renderos in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernesto Renderos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Brizuela, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th match minute, Batley FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Botello to maneuver through the defense. Edwin Brizuela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernesto Renderos having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edwin Brizuela in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Renderos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Central London FC's Edwin Brizuela in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jaime Santana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When Cesar Zaldaña came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Batley FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesar Zaldaña couldn't finish the play. Edwin Brizuela charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edwin Brizuela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Central London FC's Edwin Brizuela got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 92 played minutes Batley FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Sosa. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Central London FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Batley FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
