Gabriel Ochoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Guardado in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Primitivo Asad notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Fairfield FC's Gabriel Ochoa. Gabriel Ochoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gabriel Ochoa came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Petersfield's Primitivo Asad. But to his dismay, Primitivo Asad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Wilmer Sanchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamín Collado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamín Collado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Januario Machado struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Gabriel Ochoa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Petersfield. After the first half Petersfield were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Primitivo Asad to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Petersfield's Primitivo Asad slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gabriel Ochoa. That made the score 1-3 after 52 minutes of play. A collision led to Fairfield FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Emiliano Zapata hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Petersfield's Diego Orellana got a free kick in the 67th minute. Wilmer Sanchez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamín Collado's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Gabriel Ochoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Guardado in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute Primitivo Asad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ochoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Fairfield FC's Gabriel Ochoa got control of the ball when Hector Guardado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gabriel Ochoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Guardado in the 84th minute. Julio Henriquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute.
