Spectators: 6779 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dagoberto Osorio started the match with the kick off. Cesar Asad kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes, Liversedge City's Nicolás Portillo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edwin Zelaya came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Liversedge City reached it. 15 minutes into the match, Ramsgate AFC's Amilcar Galdamez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rony Ayala narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcos Portillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Edwin Zelaya made a huge save. In the 19th minute, Dagoberto Osorio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Ramsgate AFC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Julio Navarro hit a great ball. Edwin Zelaya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcos Portillo in the 24th minute. If Dagoberto Osorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amilcar Galdamez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Rony Ayala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ramsgate AFC's Leopoldo Ramirez in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liversedge City's goalie prevented a goal. Leopoldo Ramirez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Liversedge City's zone, Amilcar Galdamez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rony Ayala came out of the goal and Amilcar Galdamez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leopoldo Ramirez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amilcar Galdamez succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 57th playminute. Amilcar Galdamez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rony Ayala having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amilcar Galdamez got free with Rony Ayala in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Ramirez in the 69th minute of play forced Liversedge City's goalkeeper Rony Ayala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amilcar Galdamez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Rony Ayala skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rony Ayala made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Amilcar Galdamez sent off a good shot on target. When Dagoberto Osorio came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Liversedge City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dagoberto Osorio couldn't finish the play. If Leopoldo Ramirez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Liversedge City's Nicolás Portillo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edwin Zelaya in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 94 played minutes Liversedge City got a freekick which was hit by Félix Sifon. The Liversedge City supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ramsgate AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Ramsgate AFC.
