With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hector Guardado in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Arango saved Wôrld Søccer Prømises from getting behind. Primitivo Asad might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Arango. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Primitivo Asad ran back to his position shaking his head. Arturo Portillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Wilmer Sanchez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 19 minutes into the match, Petersfield's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Escalante came free, but Wilmer Sanchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Augusto Escalante in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilmer Sanchez prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Primitivo Asad to make the kick off. Petersfield's Wilmer Sanchez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Portillo in the 53rd minute of play. Diego Orellana kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Elias Rosales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 57 played minutes, Wôrld Søccer Prømises's Eraldo Benavides shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wilmer Sanchez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wôrld Søccer Prømises reached it. Diego Orellana hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Arturo Portillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute Augusto Escalante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilmer Sanchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislao Aguilar hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Wôrld Søccer Prømises's goalkeeper Leopoldo Arango had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Guardado. Arturo Portillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 85 minutes, Augusto Escalante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Augusto Escalante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilmer Sanchez having to interfere. Wilmer Sanchez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Escalante, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
