Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 0) Ironville's Luis Portillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Ironville booed when Thanet FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Magaña didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Thanet FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Miguel Najarro hit a great ball. If Deris Rey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. Ironville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thanet FC the free kick. In the 26th minute of the match Thanet FC got a corner. Ironville's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Raúl Pimentel ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Castillo in the 31st minute of play forced Ironville's goalkeeper Augusto Valenzuela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deris Rey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the game, Jhonnatan Padilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Thanet FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ironville the free kick. In the 36th minute, Jhonnatan Padilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Najarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Valenzuela having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Najarro made a kick off. Alvaro Ribeiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Portillo went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 56th match minute, Ironville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Portillo to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th play minute Alexander Castillo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Augusto Valenzuela. 1-1. If Alexander Castillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Portillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Alvaro Ribeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanet FC's Alvaro Ribeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deris Rey in the 79th minute of play. In the 88th minute of the match Patricio Botello shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augusto Valenzuela showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Alexander Castillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thanet FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Castillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Valenzuela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
