Ulises Bonilla had great luck who in the 38thth minute grab hold of the ball when Alexander Medrano from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post.

Roberto Alvarenga hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, East Grinstead United's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Medrano came free, but Ulises Bonilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 minutes, Luis Coria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the East Grinstead United and the Bury St Edmunds players grew even worse after the yellow card. Armando Renderos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 94 minutes, Alexander Medrano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bury St Edmunds's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Medrano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Bury St Edmunds supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching East Grinstead United's performance.
