He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bridlington reached it. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Bridlington's goal looked a bit too open when Misael Najarro came free, but Hugo Larios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Larios showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Efren Lovo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Espindola having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Milton Villanueva made the kick off in the second half. Milton Villanueva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 55th minute, Milton Villanueva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Orlando Rivas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Malton United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bridlington:s goal. The referee gave Bridlington a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wilber Machado, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Malton United's Edwin Espindola. 1-0. Edwin Espindola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efren Lovo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Misael Najarro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Hugo Larios came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Malton United's Misael Najarro. But to his dismay, Misael Najarro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Orlando Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orlando Rivas struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. In the 98th minute Orlando Rivas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Larios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bridlington succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Malton United had controlled the match.
