Luis Del Carmen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicolás Moreira having to make a save. When Félix Talia fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Foulsham FC's protests and gave Félix Talia a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bucknell booed when Foulsham FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Félix Talia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruben Del Carmen in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benji Canales prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Selvin Rivas was the one to do the kick off.
