Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ulises Castillo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ulises Castillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Alston FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Winsford booed when Alston FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oswaldo Contrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Flores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avilio Mendez in the 22nd minute of play. Armando Flores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Figueroa in the 28th minute of the match. When Ovidio Ancheta, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 33 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Wilmer Alas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovidio Ancheta got free with Wilmer Alas in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Efrain Molina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Winsford's goal looked a bit too open when Avilio Mendez came free, but Armando Flores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Avilio Mendez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilmer Alas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ulises Castillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 45 minute of play.

Ulises Castillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 69 minutes, Ovidio Ancheta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Winsford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidio Ancheta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Alston FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Ancheta came free, but Wilmer Alas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilmer Alas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Ancheta, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. If Ovidio Ancheta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Ulises Castillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidio Ancheta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidio Ancheta struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Wilmer Alas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Winsford. Winsford were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
