Seating: 1790, VIP seats: 0) Bollington's Hugo Campos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Rudy Leiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zelvin Villalobos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Ribeiro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zelvin Villalobos in the 23rd minute of play forced Bollington's goalkeeper Paolo Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Zelvin Villalobos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. New Cross's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bollington the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Bollington's zone, Zelvin Villalobos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Ribeiro came out of the goal and Zelvin Villalobos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Will Renderos hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Raúl Cortez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Cesar Hidalgo made a huge save. Cesar Hidalgo guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. A collision led to New Cross getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Odir Ancheta hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Raúl Cortez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesar Hidalgo was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Rudy Leiva charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rudy Leiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of New Cross booed when Bollington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Leiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bollington's goalkeeper Paolo Ribeiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A hard shot by Gilberto Quintanilla from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Paolo Ribeiro's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Luis Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Ribeiro having to interfere. If Zelvin Villalobos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bollington's Paolo Ribeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zelvin Villalobos in the 83rd minute of play. Paolo Ribeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zelvin Villalobos, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Bollington's Paolo Ribeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Bollington from getting a goal against them. New Cross's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
