Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Salisbury United's goalkeeper Andrés Díaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Eastcote's goalkeeper Edgardo Renderos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ivan Rico's late challenge caught a Salisbury United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Rico helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Salisbury United booed when Eastcote was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Rico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrés Díaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Bentos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eastcote's Edgardo Renderos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Will Flores in the 38th minute of play. Paolo Garay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Andrés Díaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Salisbury United's Andrés Díaz got control of the ball when Paolo Garay tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ismael Bentos to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Salisbury United's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Garay came free, but Andrés Díaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fidel Rivera in the 70th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Edgardo Renderos kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Will Flores might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgardo Renderos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Will Flores ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Eastcote booed when Salisbury United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Bautista didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Will Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salisbury United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Will Flores was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgardo Renderos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Will Flores in the 88th minute. If Ismael Bentos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrés Díaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Garay in the 91st minute of play. Ismael Bentos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paolo Garay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrés Díaz having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
