El Quetzal F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Rene Del Carmen scored to the left of an out of position Eliseo Medina, making the score, 1-2. After 76 minutes, Ovidio Nunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Quetzal F.C and the Aldbrough FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to El Quetzal F.C getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ovidio Nunes hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Aldbrough FC's zone, Mauro Guzman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Rico came out of the goal and Mauro Guzman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rene Del Carmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Eliseo Medina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, William Fornos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aldbrough FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Eliseo Medina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Del Carmen in the 90th minute of play. Rene Del Carmen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eliseo Medina having to make a save. The Aldbrough FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
