Spectators: 6814 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 0) Chester-le-Street FC's Leopoldo Costas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cesar Rojas kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Rony Muñoz shot a long shot in the 4th minute and a light blocked Deris Palencia hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Leopoldo Costas took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Edgar Zaldaña to make any attempt to save it. When Alberto Menjivar came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Radway AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Menjivar couldn't finish the play. Eraldo Melendez struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Deris Palencia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Radway AFC. Deris Palencia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Menjivar in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Chester-le-Street FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Menjivar came free, but Deris Palencia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Menjivar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deris Palencia having to interfere. In the 32ndth minute of the game Eraldo Melendez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chester-le-Street FC's Deris Palencia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute Alberto Menjivar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Deris Palencia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Montes hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Edgar Pinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Zaldaña read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Cesar Rojas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chester-le-Street FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Radway AFC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chester-le-Street FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Radway AFC a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rony Muñoz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chester-le-Street FC's Deris Palencia. 1-2. After the first half Radway AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After having played for 51 minutes, Douglas Liborio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chester-le-Street FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Douglas Liborio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Eraldo Melendez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 62 minutes, Eraldo Melendez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Radway AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eraldo Melendez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Radway AFC booed when Chester-le-Street FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas Liborio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alberto Menjivar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leopoldo Costas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Chester-le-Street FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Menjivar came free, but Deris Palencia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 played minutes Radway AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Navarro. Deris Palencia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Menjivar in the 78th minute of play. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chester-le-Street FC! Rony Muñoz placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The crowd rose to their feet as Radway AFC's Eraldo Melendez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Deris Palencia. That made the score 2-3 after 83 minutes of play. After 87 played minutes Radway AFC got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Montes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Costas in the 89th minute of play forced Radway AFC's goalkeeper Edgar Zaldaña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Costas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Zaldaña having to interfere. 98 minutes into the match, Chester-le-Street FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Menjivar came free, but Deris Palencia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Chester-le-Street FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Radway AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Radway AFC.
