Shelfield City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zelvin Fornos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Zelvin Fornos, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 27 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Sarbelio Garay was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Will Giron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Tobar having to interfere. The supporters of Shelfield City booed when Earlestown United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamín Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Earlestown United's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Viscarra came free, but Sarbelio Garay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Will Giron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. William Tobar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. William Tobar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amilcar Orozco in the 95th minute of play. If Zelvin Fornos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Shelfield City players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Earlestown United from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
