Club Deportivo Guastatoya's Erick Galeas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Baptista in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportivo Guastatoya's zone, Fabio Salazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erick Galeas came out of the goal and Fabio Salazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Eastcote United's Mario Baptista in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Deportivo Guastatoya's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eraldo Hidalgo got free with Guillermo Molina in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mario Baptista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hector Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Erick Galeas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 36th minute when Mario Baptista elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 41st minute Mario Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erick Galeas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erick Galeas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 47 minutes, Mario Baptista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eastcote United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Baptista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Josue Padilla stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Mario Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erick Galeas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 58 minutes of play, Club Deportivo Guastatoya's Josue Padilla made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillermo Molina was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hector Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. In the 67th minute Mario Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erick Galeas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Guastatoya's goalkeeper Erick Galeas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Rodriguez. 72 minutes into the match, Eastcote United's goal looked a bit too open when Eraldo Hidalgo came free, but Guillermo Molina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute Josue Padilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Molina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Will Hurtado during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Will Hurtado hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Eraldo Hidalgo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Efrain Vinosis fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Deportivo Guastatoya's protests and gave Efrain Vinosis a yellow card for diving instead. Erick Galeas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Baptista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Molina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eraldo Hidalgo in the 92nd minute of play. Many of Eastcote United's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Eastcote United may have spent more time on the ball, but Club Deportivo Guastatoya were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
