Dagoberto Viscarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovani Cruz in the 10th minute of the match. When Fidel Dubon fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eastcote's protests and gave Fidel Dubon a yellow card for diving instead. Fidel Dubon hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Eastcote's William Valenzuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Henriquez in the 23rd minute of play. Eastcote's Félix Batres got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Félix Batres in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dagoberto Viscarra saved Lindfield AFC from getting behind. When Giovani Cruz came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Eastcote fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giovani Cruz couldn't finish the play. Dagoberto Viscarra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovani Cruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovani Cruz in the 74th minute of play forced Lindfield AFC's goalkeeper Dagoberto Viscarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 played minutes Eastcote got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Alferez. Lindfield AFC's Dagoberto Viscarra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Lindfield AFC from getting a goal against them. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, Lindfield AFC's Saul Díaz got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Dagoberto Viscarra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Félix Batres in the 94th minute. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Giovani Cruz took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Dagoberto Viscarra to make any attempt to save it.
