Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carmelo Sifon got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Carmelo Sifon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Angel Botello hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the game, Real Madrid de Guatemala's Carmelo Sifon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yasir Bonilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Yasir Bonilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Sifon's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carmelo Sifon in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yasir Bonilla saved Stretford from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carmelo Sifon in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yasir Bonilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 18 minutes, Carmelo Sifon made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Stretford's Yasir Bonilla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Stretford defense, Carmelo Sifon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yasir Bonilla. The Stretford fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yasir Bonilla should have stopped the shot. Luis Cerritos hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Cristian Santamaria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yasir Bonilla was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 29th match minute, Stretford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Salazar to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Carmelo Sifon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Madrid de Guatemala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Yasir Bonilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Sifon's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Cristian Jimenez took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yasir Bonilla. Yasir Bonilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rudy Dubon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ovidio Salazar kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Stretford's Yasir Bonilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Stretford from getting a goal against them. Nicolás Guerrero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carmelo Sifon struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Yasir Bonilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Madrid de Guatemala. A hard shot 62 in the game by Carmelo Sifon from a close distance when the talented Yasir Bonilla managed to make a qualified save. Stretford's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Santamaria in the 66th minute of play forced Stretford's goalkeeper Yasir Bonilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Stretford's goalkeeper Yasir Bonilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmelo Sifon. 70 minutes into the game, Carmelo Sifon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yasir Bonilla. Carmelo Sifon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Real Madrid de Guatemala made a substitution. Dida Campidelis replaced Angel Botello. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Carmelo Sifon put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Yasir Bonilla. Armando Tobar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rudy Dubon went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-8 was the resulting score. Cristian Jimenez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 82 minutes, Ovidio Salazar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stretford and the Real Madrid de Guatemala players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carmelo Sifon in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yasir Bonilla, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Carmelo Sifon put it in 1-9 from a short distance just to the right of Yasir Bonilla. Stretford's Yasir Bonilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Sifon in the 93rd minute of play. Luis Cerritos kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Stretford fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Madrid de Guatemala were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
