Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Allan Henriquez kicked off to start the match. Dagoberto Viscarra came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Poulton-Le-Fylde United's Ivan Escalante. But to his dismay, Ivan Escalante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 13th minute Selvin Villarreal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dagoberto Viscarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Poulton-Le-Fylde United's Ivan Escalante got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Cerna's late challenge caught a Poulton-Le-Fylde United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Cerna helped the player get up and apologised. David Cerna hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute of the match Poulton-Le-Fylde United got a corner. Lindfield AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rolando Bautista ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Rolando Bautista got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dagoberto Viscarra quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Poulton-Le-Fylde United fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Poulton-Le-Fylde United's Ivan Escalante looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejandro Reyes during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lindfield AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Alejandro Reyes hit a great ball. David Cerna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Cerna in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 played minutes Poulton-Le-Fylde United got a freekick which was hit by Milton Rodriguez. 36 minutes into the match, Lindfield AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Selvin Villarreal came free, but Dagoberto Viscarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dagoberto Viscarra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Escalante's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Ivan Escalante sped through Lindfield AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dagoberto Viscarra. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Selvin Villarreal in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dagoberto Viscarra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 48th minute Jhalmar Vasquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Poulton-Le-Fylde United were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Dagoberto Viscarra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Escalante in the 51st minute. Baltazar Viscarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Dagoberto Viscarra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Poulton-Le-Fylde United's Ivan Escalante in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lindfield AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 57 minutes into the match, Amilcar Morales dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dagoberto Viscarra, 0-7. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Amilcar Morales managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poulton-Le-Fylde United's supporters rose to their feet, but Amilcar Morales was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dagoberto Viscarra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicolás Garay hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Allan Henriquez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lindfield AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. Dagoberto Viscarra was a little too slow when Selvin Villarreal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-8. Ivan Escalante succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-9. 85 minutes into the match, Ivan Escalante had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dagoberto Viscarra. Lindfield AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivan Escalante was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-10. Lindfield AFC's Dagoberto Viscarra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Lindfield AFC from getting a goal against them. Cristian Machado struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Dagoberto Viscarra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poulton-Le-Fylde United. Ivan Escalante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dagoberto Viscarra having to interfere. Poulton-Le-Fylde United played a much better game than Lindfield AFC and deserved their victory. The Lindfield AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
