Puerto San José's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leytonstone FC the free kick. In the 16th match minute, Puerto San José was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Salguero to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Wincenty Nakoneczny made a precise shot to the right of Mariano Umaña. Puerto San José's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Thanks to some nice moves William Posadas could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Egun Alzaga however easily saved by the left post. Leon Totakoxe kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Mariano Umaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabien Plaza in the 30th minute of play. Egun Alzaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilmer Dubon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Wincenty Nakoneczny got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabien Plaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leon Totakoxe charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leon Totakoxe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Leytonstone FC's Leon Totakoxe got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when William Posadas got free with Egun Alzaga in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wincenty Nakoneczny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute of the match, Wincenty Nakoneczny tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mariano Umaña saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Egun Alzaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Posadas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrés Peredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aime Vinx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariano Umaña having to make a save. The Leytonstone FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Leytonstone FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
