The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Orlando Sanchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Joachim in the 6th minute of play. Othman Al Sharaf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Sanchez having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Joachim in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orlando Sanchez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Newlyn East AFC's goalkeeper Orlando Sanchez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Othman Al Sharaf. Othman Al Sharaf in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Orlando Sanchez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 23 minutes into the game, Othman Al Sharaf recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Orlando Sanchez. Othman Al Sharaf showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 26 minutes into the game, one of Newlyn East AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 30 minutes into the match, Newlyn East AFC's goalkeeper Orlando Sanchez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Othman Al Sharaf. 34 minutes into the game, Tenterden FC's Othman Al Sharaf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orlando Sanchez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Othman Al Sharaf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tenterden FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Othman Al Sharaf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Sanchez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot 43 in the game by Sebastian Joachim from a close distance when the talented Orlando Sanchez managed to make a qualified save. Newlyn East AFC's players were relieved. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Othman Al Sharaf sped through Newlyn East AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orlando Sanchez. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The wind increased when Sebastian Joachim made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Waldir Llorente had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jurjen Kromme. Tenterden FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Waldir Llorente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. When Tenterden FC's Sebastian Joachim in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Orlando Sanchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Othman Al Sharaf in the 64th minute of play. Tenterden FC's Sebastian Joachim got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orlando Sanchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Othman Al Sharaf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Othman Al Sharaf's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orlando Sanchez was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Marvin Alfaro hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute Sebastian Joachim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Sanchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Tenterden FC's Cleto Rojas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orlando Sanchez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Fidel Batres hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Orlando Sanchez came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Tenterden FC's Othman Al Sharaf. But to his dismay, Othman Al Sharaf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. There was no doubt that Tenterden FC were the better team. Tenterden FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
