Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zico Zellier in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Misael Carballo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. GuateFortín's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Angel Alvarenga in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's Sven-Edvin Jansson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Misael Carballo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by ΟΥΡΑΝΙΟΣ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Angel Alvarenga was slow to take the kick. During this time GuateFortín's players had a chance to rest. GuateFortín's Zico Zellier was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Misael Carballo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Sven-Edvin Jansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Misael Carballo having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Edvin Jansson got free with Misael Carballo in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ΟΥΡΑΝΙΟΣ's Misael Carballo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 19th minute of play. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Sven-Edvin Jansson sped through ΟΥΡΑΝΙΟΣ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Misael Carballo. The referee gave GuateFortín a penalty, 29 minutes into the game. ΟΥΡΑΝΙΟΣ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angel Alvarenga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Escalante stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. GuateFortín's Angel Alvarenga got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Angel Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot. GuateFortín's supporters rose to their feet, but Angel Alvarenga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Misael Carballo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Roberto Trotta got a free kick in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 78th minute of play forced ΟΥΡΑΝΙΟΣ's goalkeeper Misael Carballo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The GuateFortín fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when GuateFortín's Sven-Edvin Jansson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 12-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 84th minute, William Villanueva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Misael Carballo was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. After some careless play in the ΟΥΡΑΝΙΟΣ defense, William Villanueva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Misael Carballo. The ΟΥΡΑΝΙΟΣ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Misael Carballo should have stopped the shot. Sven-Edvin Jansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Misael Carballo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. When GuateFortín's Sven-Edvin Jansson in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
