Eduardo Villareal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Sanabria having to interfere. David Pineda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fello Molina scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Minor Morales, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fello Villalobos got free with Minor Morales in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fello Molina in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Minor Morales saved Paraiso from getting behind. Tomas Sanabria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Pineda in the 84th minute of play. Tomas Sanabria didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Pineda went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Pineda in the 95th minute of play forced San Jose AFC's goalkeeper Tomas Sanabria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of San Jose AFC booed when Paraiso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 101 match minutes in a wonderful position. Minor Bermudez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Paraiso fans cheered their team off the field, for while San Jose AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
