Spectators: 6789 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 0) Orosi FC's Romulo Coronado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guido Volio kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Dennis Millot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nery Madrigal, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Romulo Coronado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 15 minutes, Carlos Leon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orosi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Leon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hernan Cisneros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Coronado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Jara hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. If Carlos Leon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nery Madrigal came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Los Chiles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nery Madrigal couldn't finish the play. Nery Madrigal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Millot having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 69thth minute of the game Romulo Coronado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Chiles's Hernan Cisneros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nery Madrigal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 72nd playminute. 78 minutes into the game, one of Orosi FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Los Chiles a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Salvador Maldonado, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Orosi FC's Dennis Millot. 0-2. 85 minutes into the game, Benny Oses was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orosi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Chiles the free kick. Romulo Coronado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Los Chiles booed when Orosi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Aguilar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramon Granados fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Millot having to interfere. Los Chiles's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
