An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepe Calderon in the 22nd minute of play forced Bejuco's goalkeeper Leonel Cisneros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Guadamuz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Cisneros having to interfere.
