The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Daniel Zamora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Mena in the 24th minute of the match. LesAlemanes's Virgilio Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save LesAlemanes from getting a goal against them. During the 92nd minute of the match Luis Vanderlat completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luis Vanderlat a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 93 played minutes LesAlemanes got a freekick which was hit by Luis Vanderlat. If Mauricio Villafranca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Limon FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
