Miguel Monge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Matute, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. David Sarmiento took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pancho Matamoros. Pancho Matamoros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 45th minute Emilio Matute shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Monge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Juventus FC defense, Pedro Porras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miguel Monge. The Juventus FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel Monge should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celso Orlich made a kick off. Pedro Porras might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miguel Monge. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Porras ran back to his position shaking his head. Emilio Matute recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Juventus FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Oscar Talamanca hit a great ball. Miguel Monge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Porras in the 80th minute of the match. If Pedro Porras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Talamanca kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 89 minutes, Pedro Porras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dabia and the Juventus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Dabia's Pedro Porras got a free kick in the 89th minute. Oscar Talamanca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dabia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
