Momo Colo C.F's Santiago Rohrmoser got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pancho Herrera charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pancho Herrera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th match minute, GALÁCTICOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pancho Herrera to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Anacleto Chaverri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Momo Colo C.F's goal looked a bit too open when Elvis Brenes came free, but David Loaiza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GALÁCTICOS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Momo Colo C.F the free kick. The supporters of Momo Colo C.F booed when GALÁCTICOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donald Hidalgo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Momo Colo C.F's David Loaiza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Martinez in the 94th minute of play.
